Collection and processing of personal data
In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. Should we request personal data (such as name, address or e-mail address) on the website, e.g. as part of contact forms or when registering, this is done on a voluntary basis. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as sending the requested materials/information).
If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on our website. The data marked as mandatory is required to assign and answer the enquiry. Further information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntary consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted after completion of the enquiry made by you as well as after expiry of the tax and commercial law storage obligations.
Once you have given your consent – for example for the purpose of sending a newsletter or other interesting information from our company – you can revoke it at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. You can use the above-mentioned contact form or any other method specified within the newsletter for this purpose.
Within the registration and use of the newsletter service of Armadillo Tex GmbH, your personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending e-mails with information on products, dates and events organised by Armadillo Tex GmbH.
